Quality

Customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal and priority of all SFTT employees. As a tool to achieve this goal, we created a quality management system in accordance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2009, which is certified since 2008 by the certification authority TÜV SÜD Slovakia s.r.o. Our employees are fully aware, that we achieve the satisfaction of our customers by the services we provide. The customer and his trust towards our company always govern the quality of our services.

By the means of the quality management system we ensure the transfer of the customer’s requirements into all company processes, so that the customer receives what he needs in required quality and time. Our customers are discovering that it is better to use FSTT services with complete logistics and leave the problems related to the transport of the material to FSTT. We can assure our customers, that we do everything to achieve their satisfaction.

The company is enlisted in the list of entrepreneurs of the Slovak Public procurement authority (UVO), to be able to participate in public tenders.
